Terms of service
Version 1 · applies to every order placed while it is posted
The service
BidPacked sells fixed document packages, each at a flat fee: the compliance matrix + annotated outline ($149), the full narrative draft ($649), the grant narrative draft ($499), and the capability statement ($99). Each package's contents are listed on its card on the front page; what is on the manifest is what is delivered. Delivery is by email as editable Word documents (.docx). There are no accounts, subscriptions, or portals.
The boundary
BidPacked is a writing service, not a representative, and offers no win guarantees. It does not submit bids or applications, does not contact agencies or funders on your behalf, has no relationship or standing with any government office, and does not advise on law, eligibility, certifications, or legal thresholds. Whether to bid, what to certify, and what to file are your decisions.
Your facts
Every factual claim in a deliverable traces to one of two sources: the public posting, or the facts you supply through intake. BidPacked never invents past performance, capabilities, certifications, personnel, or pricing. Where your intake leaves a required fact missing, the draft carries a clearly marked gap for you to fill. You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts you supply and for reviewing the finished documents before you use them; the submission and its contents are yours.
Ordering and payment
Payment is a one-time flat fee, taken through Stripe checkout at the price shown at purchase. There is no contingency pricing: BidPacked is never paid from an award, and no additional fees arise unless you place a new order.
The deadline check
Work is scheduled against the closing date you give in intake. Before work begins, BidPacked confirms by email that the package can be drafted, checked, and delivered with time left for your review and submission. If it cannot — or if the posting falls outside the service's scope (postings requiring certifications or representations only you can originate, classified or restricted work, or responses needing facts an intake form cannot carry) — the order is declined at that point and refunded in full.
Delivery and the revision round
The finished package is delivered to your order email address with its packing slip — the requirement list the documents were checked against. Each order includes one revision round: one consolidated set of notes, sent within 7 days of delivery, covering the original posting and original scope. We work the notes and return the corrected package. A different posting, an additional document, or facts that change after delivery are a new order, and we will tell you which is which before doing anything.
Refunds
Declined or infeasible orders (see the deadline check) are refunded in full before work begins. If BidPacked fails to deliver your package, you are refunded in full. After delivery, the revision round is the remedy for defects within scope; if a delivered package fails to address a requirement its own packing slip claims and the revision round does not cure it, the order fee is refunded. Refunds are of fees paid to BidPacked; no other amounts are ever owed.
Ownership and confidentiality
On delivery, the documents are yours to edit, brand, and submit without restriction or attribution. The facts you supply through intake are used to produce your order and are not reused in other customers' documents. See the privacy policy for handling details.
Published packing slips
BidPacked publishes compliance matrices of public postings on its own site. These pages are built from the public posting alone and never contain customer intake. Sample documents on the site are synthetic and labeled as demonstrations.
Service limits and liability
BidPacked does not warrant that any bid or application will be accepted, scored, shortlisted, or funded, and is not liable for the outcome of any procurement or grant decision. To the maximum extent the law allows, BidPacked's total liability for claims arising from an order is limited to the flat fee paid for that order. This limit does not apply where the law does not permit it.
