What we collect, and why

Three kinds of information exist here, each with one purpose.

What we never do with it

Your intake facts are not sold, rented, shared, or reused in any other customer's documents. They do not feed marketing lists. The published packing slips on this site are built from public postings alone and never contain customer intake. There is no analytics script, advertising pixel, or third-party tracker on this site.

Outreach and where it comes from

BidPacked sends introductory email about specific public postings to businesses identified from public procurement sources — interested-vendor and planholder lists, public award records, and public business directories. Every such message names the posting it is about, carries the operator footer, and includes a working opt-out. A recipient who opts out — by replying "stop" or using the unsubscribe page — is added to a permanent suppression list and is not contacted again, by this brand or any affiliated brand.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as bookkeeping and tax law require. Intake facts and order correspondence are kept so that the revision round and any later reorder can build on them; email [email protected] and we will delete your intake facts, keeping only the minimal order record the law requires. Suppression entries are the one thing never deleted — that is what makes an opt-out permanent.

Where it lives

Payment data lives with Stripe under its own terms. Email lives in the brand mailbox. Intake submissions are stored by the service operator. None of it is placed with data brokers or advertising platforms.

Your rights

Ask at any time what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for correction, or ask for deletion, all through [email protected]. Deletion requests are honored within the bookkeeping limits above, and we say plainly in the reply what was deleted and what was retained.
